Why [P]rehab?

The rest of the world is evolving, but what about your health care?

The current healthcare system needs a serious upgrade and you shouldn’t have to wait around for it. After our own personal experiences and what we observed in school, we decided we’re not going to wait either!

Be the change you want to see they say, which is exactly what [P]rehab can help you with — putting health care back in YOUR hands.

What is [P]rehab?

The Definition

The standard physical therapy approach is solving pain & injuries in a reactive manner. On the other hand, Prehab is a proactive approach, taking care of your body NOW to maximize your results and prevent future issues.

The [P]rehab team is dedicated to using both rehab and prehab to help you learn how to get out of pain, avoid injury, and optimize your health + performance.

The Mission

“Our goal is simple, we want to provide people all over the world with the right information at the right time, regardless of their location or access to traditional healthcare.

We are redefining the path to getting out of pain and discomfort, recovering from injuries, and improving one’s quality of health with prehab.”

Prehab, also known as prehabilitation or preventative rehab, is taking the reactive strategies that healthcare providers use with patients in the rehab & sports medicine fields — and teaching you how to perform these on your own in a proactive manner.

Prehab is all about learning knowledge that applies to your body and your mind and using it to optimize the way you experience life. Prehab can help you with your daily activities, your workout routine, your favorite hobbies, your beloved sport, and any old or new nagging pains & injuries.

Prehab is a legitimate preventative medicine solution for common neuromusculoskeletal issues that burden our healthcare system. Thats because the goal of prehab is to reduce your risk for injury while improving your overall physical health.

Each clinical member of our team holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and a Certification in Strength and Conditioning!

Let’s face it… the medical system needs a change to better benefit you!

There are rapid and exciting technological advances happening in the world today, which means the way you operate and function on a day to day basis is constantly shifting towards faster, better, and more convenient solutions.

At this point in history, almost everything is available at your fingertips. Whether it is paying bills, tracking your diet, taking a workout class, or calling for a ride from anywhere in the world, there are a thousand apps and a million immediate solutions to satisfy all of your desires and urgent needs at the mere click of a button.

This abundant access to online resources has not only made you more independent, but it is also saving you the most valuable thing you have: TIME.

When it Comes to Your Health, Timing is Everything

When it Comes to Your Health, Timing is Everything

Yet, when you need to get your painful shoulder or aching back looked at, you are stuck with an archaic system that moves at a snail’s pace leaving you with exorbitant bills or forcing you to resort to temporary over-the-counter remedies or even dangerous and addictive opioids. In our book, this is unacceptable.

You should never have to compromise your health because a system intended to help you is, in fact, slowing down your efforts to heal.

Any good doctor of any kind will agree that the most important thing when it comes to physical health is getting the right help at the right time, or even better—preventing the need for it to begin with!
